Blaine Turns One

Happy Birthday to by precious baby Blaine!!!

Everyone asks "isn't it amazing how fast they grow?"

I say "No way, it felt like 10 years for Blaine to turn 1!"

I feel like I've had Blaine forever and it seems like forever ago that he was born. Last year I went to the hospital to be induced since Blaine was past due. Without modern technology Blaine and I both wouldn't have made it, but thanks to monitors and c-sections we were both just fine. 

Blaine is the coolest, easiest, most fun baby ever! I am so grateful for families and the opportunity I have to be a mother. I love him SO MUCH!

Kirstin & Beau - Wedding Photography

Kirstin is had such a cute vintage look for everything on her wedding day! She is so beautiful and so fun to photograph. 

I have to tell you a story about what happened during their pre-wedding session. So I'm taking portraits when a car pulls up. It's Beau's friend. He has a pheasant in the back of his trunk and wants Beau to show him how to butcher it. So Beau tells me to take some of just Kirstin for a while while he shows this guy how to butcher a pheasant in his tux! It was hilarious

If I knew how handsome Navy Uniforms were, I think I would have made Nate join the Navy before I married him! These two are so in love! It was a great day.
